Office Etiquette

This morning I visited the restroom for reasons not uncommon to anyone.  There are four stalls in our ladies restroom, and like any human, I have one stall that I'm more comfortable in than others.  Please note, however, that when given a choice, I always choose a stall farthest away from any other person in the room.  I get so weirded out when someone chooses to come sit next to me instead of visiting the stall NOT next to me.  It just seems like normal people would want to be alone and not staring at someone else's shadow on the tile floor.

And another thing - maybe I'm weird, but when I'm in my own stall and someone is sitting so close to me that I can see their foot under the stall wall, I always have to fight the urge to reach out and grab it.

  1. Even better is when someone in the stall RIGHT NEXT to you gets on the PHONE and has a conversation. That happens around here (offender from another office). We have frequent discussions about it. Ridiculous!
